As a notary, I do affidavits, Power of Attorney, oaths, witness statements, and all other general notary work. I provide informational sessions to help people understand the importance of TODs, living wills, medical/healthcare directives and last wills and testament. I also officiate weddings/vow renewals (at my discretion and availability). As an NNA certified loan signing agent, I assist with Refinancing, Buyer/Seller Loans, Reverse Mortgages, Deeds/Titles.
I am also a Certified Professional Coach through the IAPRC. I stand on the principle that we were created to be helpers one to another, and what I do is way more important than what I say.
